Discipline PlanClassroom Rules: 1. There will be no disruptive behavior. 2. Follow directions the first time given. 3. Treat others as you would like to be treated. 4. Do not speak while the teacher is speaking. 5. Stay in your seats unless you have permission to do otherwise. Consequences: Each day all students will start with their clips on "Ready to Learn". If your child is breaking the rules he/she will have to move their clip down each time he/she breaks the rules. -Ready to Learn(B)=following the rules -Think About It(C)=warning -Teacher's Choice(D)=time out, discipline card(step 1) -Parent Contact(F)=note home to be signed and returned the following day. Reflection, discipline card(step 2) *If the student's behavior continues to be inappropriate after they have clipped down to Parent Contact, they will be moved to step three and four of the discipline card. -Discipline card(step 3), referral and phone call home -Discipline card(step 4), referral, phone call home, and possible suspension. *If there is any kind of physical contact, the student will be sent directly to the office. Rewards: 1. Verbal Praise 2. Tickets will be put in a drawing for good behavior and turning in homework on time. 3. Bobcat Heroes are given to student for outstanding behavior. They will be put in a drawing that will take place in the office each week for prizes and recognition by the principal. 4. Clip up -Good Job(A-)-student receives 1 ticket -Great Job(A)-student receives 2 tickets -Outstanding(A+)-student receives 3 tickets and a Bobcat Hero
