Collecting Money
Hey parents!
Our class decided to begin collecting money for those in need. After a long discussion about what we would like to change about the world during Martin Luther King, Jr. week, we realized that there are things that we could actually do to help. Although many of our "dreams" for the world are great, there are really only a handful of things that are reasonable and within our reach. So, we came to the conclusion that we could bring in our spare change from around the house and begin collecting it as a class. We have not quite decided what we are going to do with this spare change, but I am excited to see what the kids come up with.
