We will be accepting kindergarten registrations March 24, 2008 through April 4, 2008 for the 2008/2009 school year. Kindergarten students must be born on or before Decemeber 2, 2003.

Requested before the first day of school:

• Proof of Address (utility bill, home agreement, court papers, etc.)
• Birth Certificate
• Physical Form (in registration packet)
• Current immunization record (not from Physical Form)
• Social Security Number (number only)
• Dental Examination

If your child will be beginning schoool in the 2008/2009 school year, please call your school office and/or stop by to pick up a registration packet. The new school year begins Monday, August 18, 2008.
